Remember that our Weathering, Erosion, Deposition and Soil test is tomorrow. Look over your study guide for this test (received last week) to help prepare. Also, be sure you are familiar with Chapter 10 and 12, as well as pages 187-198 in Chapter 11.
We're getting down to the wire and the grading period will soon be finished. Go out with a BANG! If you have not yet turned in replacement grades or done mastery, now is your opportunity to do so. Nothing will be accepted after Friday. Grades will be finalized over the break and report cards go home in January. ALL students received a reminder about the Tybee payment status. NO money will be accepted for the Tybee trip after this Friday, so please be sure to make payments ASAP. Please turn in aquarium field trip permission slips before the break so I can submit a count for the number of lunches needed. Money will be accepted for the aquarium ONLY until January 17

Wow! It's hard to believe we are in the final week of the semester. Grades are being updated frequently and NOTHING will be final until January, when teachers have a work day and grades are finalized. Replacement grades and make up work will be accepted through this Friday. Any student not passing or with missing work will spend Friday afternoon in a recovery room. Students that are passing will be rewarded and a movie will be shown. Please work on grades NOW so we can have ALL students in the reward room :) EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY: Students have the opportunity to earn 10 extra points on the final exam. Students may complete the study guide (filling in all blanks, answering all questions) and write a short story using at least 75 vocabulary words from the packet (a minimum of 10 from each section) . Be sure all vocabulary words in the story are highlighted. All money for Tybee is due no later than Friday. If you are going to send money for the aquarium, please differentiate between the two. Mineral house project recovery is posted:
