I was reading this while I was watching it on CNN. Can you believe that the president is even focusing on the hurricane?

Is that why it was SOOOOOOOO cold today? My mom says that it was cold because of Hurricane Sandy. Is that true?

Yes, Jenna! Your mom is right! And the weather will stay cool for at least a few days. The hurricane has brought a stationary front and it's sitting over New England. When we have a stationary front, weather stays stationary, or in place, for a few days!
